Job/Position Summary
Technical Expertise:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Automotive positions.
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including ATS tools and job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Naukri, etc.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates for further rounds.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely updates in the ATS.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT and Automotive recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
- Proficient in using job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Naukri, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of technical roles in the IT and Automotive domains.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
