Job/Position Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BIW Fixture Project/Program Manager with a minimum of 15 years in managing automotive BIW fixture projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fixture concepts, simulation, customer and delivery management, and a strong background in Catia and NX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage BIW fixture projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of fixture concepts and simulation.
    • Proficiency in Catia and NX for design and development tasks.
    • Ensure projects adhere to OEM and Tier 1 Line builders standards.
  • Customer and Delivery Management:
    • Manage customer relationships and engagement to understand requirements and deliverables.
    • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Certification and Continuous Improvement:
    • PMI certification is an added advantage.
    • Promote continuous improvement practices within the project management framework.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in automotive BIW fixture projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of fixture concepts and simulation.
  • Proficiency in Catia and NX.
  • Strong understanding of OEM and Tier 1 Line builders standards.
  • Proven track record of successful project management in a PM role for the last 5 years.
  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
  • PMI certification is a plus.
