Job/Position Summary

Technical Expertise:
  • End-to-end recruitment for IT and Automotive positions.
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including ATS tools and job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Naukri, etc.
  • Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates for further rounds.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely updates in the ATS.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT and Automotive recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
  • Proficient in using job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Naukri, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of technical roles in the IT and Automotive domains.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
