Job/Position Summary

Technical Expertise:

• To be able to build/modify FE model, Model setup, Debug and Solve Full run Crash simulations 

• Able to validate correctness of CAE results and proceed for evaluations, finding Issue, Root cause and propose Design solutions for Crash. 

• Deliver analysis results to design team with improvements. 

Essential skills :

• Good knowledge of automotive CAE modeling. 

• Good Knowledge of Model building using ANSA.. 

• Knowledge of Crash simulations with Explicit solver (PAMCRASH or LS-DYNA) 

• Knowledge about typical Finite Elements. 

• Prepare standard reports based on test data. 

• Knowledge of ECE & FMVSS regulations
