1. Proficiency in SAP modules:
   • HCM (Human Capital Management)
   • FI (Financial Accounting)
   • TRM (Treasury Management)
   • CO (Controlling)
   • PP (Production Planning)
   • WM/MM-LO (Warehouse Management)
   • CS (Customer Service)
   • KM (Content Management Configuration)
   • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Optional Skills:

1. Experience in SAP Basis administration.
2. Familiarity with Workday/SAP interface.
3. Additional language proficiency beyond German (e.g., English) for global collaboration.
