Technical Expertise:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.
- Perform routine updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Manage Windows & Linux servers, firewalls, and Microsoft 365 Office.
- Oversee biometric systems, CCTV, and IT inventory.
