Job/Position Summary
Technical Expertise:
- Design and develop door or Body in White (BiW) parts
- Understand manufacturing processes, stamping requirements, and assembly sequences of BiW and door parts
- Design sheet metal, aluminum, and extrusion parts
- Contribute to concept development, value analysis-value engineering (VA-VE), and innovative proposals for door and BiW components
- Utilize CAD tools like UG-NX for surface and part modeling, assembly, creating joining elements, and generating drawings
- Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) tools like Teamcenter Engineering or Enterprise
